Formnext 2025 in Frankfurt

Posted by Edenxu on

The Formnext 2025 Exhibition in Frankfurt has successfully concluded, bringing together the global additive manufacturing industry to witness this annual flagship event. This year's edition featured 804 exhibitors and attracted 38,282 professional visitors, with the proportion of international visitors increasing to 47%, highlighting its significant global character.

Jamg He, a key global enterprise in 3D printing materials, comprehensively showcased its innovative products and technological capabilities at this exhibition. Jamg He presented its new technologies and star products at Hall 12.1, Stand F69, centering around the core theme of "Light & Elastic" to explore innovative directions in elastic 3D printing with industry peers!

Light & Elastic Tech: Core Materials Make a Grand Entrance

At this exhibition, Jamg He focused on the "Light & Elastic" theme, showcasing its R&D achievements in the field of elastic 3D printing materials. The core products, each with distinct features, garnered significant attention!

01 TPU-AERO Coated Filament

ddressing the pain points of traditional filaments being "heavy, hard, and brittle," the TPU-AERO coated foam filament achieves performance balance through a double-layer structure design: the 360° tight coating process ensures the core and outer layer adhere closely, eliminating risks of core breakage or filament separation, increasing durability by 3 times compared to ordinary filaments. The TPU-AERO foam outer layer gives a matte appearance with a fabric-like texture, combining strong tear resistance and impact resistance, remaining unbreakable under extreme stress, and easily handling key areas subject to high-frequency friction.

A low density of 0.74g/cm³ offers a lightweight feel without compromising structural support ("skeletal support"). It maintains shape stability and usage flexibility for both creative hand-woven artworks and precision industrial components. Made from environmentally friendly materials with full-series certifications, coupled with excellent chemical resistance and low water absorption, it is both a reliable consumable in the eyes of engineers and a carrier of inspiration in the hands of creators. It provides high-performance material solutions for industries such as aviation models, sports equipment, footwear materials, and medical rehabilitation devices. Live demonstrations at the exhibition showcased the finished product's characteristics, allowing visitors to experience the limitless possibilities of "elastic customization."

02 Foam Elastic Resin

Where foam technology meets vat polymerization (light-curing) processes, a lightweight elastic material that subverting tradition is born. With a core density as low as 0.8g/cm³it reduces weight by over 30% compared to conventional elastic resins, completely breaking free from the constraints of "heavy feel." It boasts a bending recovery rate of ≥92% and an elongation at break of ≥350%, instantly recovering its original shape after deformation, with full toughness that withstands repeated bending.

It cures precisely under UV 385-405nm light, achieving single-layer forming in just 3-5 seconds, compatible with mainstream light-curing 3D printers, balancing efficient production with precise details. After full curing, it possesses a soft feel of Shore A 65, performs stably in environments from -30°C to 90°C, and has a water absorption rate of ≤1.5% in humid conditions, maximizing durability. From lightweight aerospace components and flexible automotive interior parts to cushioning structures in consumer electronics and medical assistive devices, it redefines the application boundaries of elastic materials with its core advantages of being "light yet tough, soft yet durable," empowering lightweight intelligent manufacturing upgrades across industries.

Bonus Surprise: New Potential Product Draws Crowds

At this exhibition, Jamg He also brought a highly promising vat polymerization product, continuing its commitment to material innovation!

Weather-Resistant Series Engineering Resin

As the "toughness king" and "longevity champion" among outdoor materials, it boasts core advantages such as no yellowing under intense sun exposure, low water absorption rate, and excellent weather resistance of printed parts, covering all scenarios of daily life. Future development will focus on being more environmentally friendly and functional: achieving recyclability, supporting complex structure customization, and further enhancing wear resistance and heat dissipation performance through nano-modification technology... Physical samples were surprisingly unveiled at the exhibition, allowing visitors to intuitive feeling the weather-resistant capabilities and explore possibilities for personalized cooperation.

Live Interaction & Exclusive Benefits

During the exhibition, Jamg He prepared rich interactive activities and fan benefits. Visitors not only had face-to-face exchanges with Jamg He technical engineers, discussing technical details, application cases, and industry trends but also enjoyed surprise gifts and interactive experiences, collectively feel the charm of 3D printing in a relaxed atmosphere.

Formnext 2025 was not just a successful brand showcase but also a valuable strategic calibration. We validated our direction, gained confidence, and gained clarity on the challenges ahead. Let us carry these insights forward, unite our strengths, and collectively write the next brilliant chapter for Jamg He in the vast world of additive manufacturing.
