To promote STEM education in smart manufacturing and enrich students’ summer learning experiences, Shenzhen Yongchanghe Technology Co., Ltd. recently hosted the “Dreams Begin with Innovation — Building the Future Through Smart Manufacturing” summer study tour organized by the Wanfu Trade Union of Fuyong Subdistrict.
The event welcomed trade union members and their children, providing a meaningful and engaging journey into the world of intelligent manufacturing, 3D printing technology, and scientific innovation.
As a high-tech company specializing in 3D printing materials and advanced manufacturing technologies, JAMG HE designed two key activities for the participants: an enterprise visit and an interactive 3D printing hands-on workshop. Through close-up exploration and practical experience, students gained a deeper understanding of how innovative technologies are transforming the future of manufacturing.
Visiting JAMG HE: Experiencing the Power of Smart Manufacturing
During the company tour, JAMG HE’s professional team introduced students to the company’s core technologies and products, including photopolymer resins, advanced polymer materials, UV curing technologies, and related manufacturing processes.

Through product demonstrations, technical explanations, and real-world application examples, complex industrial technologies were transformed into simple and understandable knowledge.

Students explored the journey from material research and development to manufacturing processes and final applications, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the 3D printing industry ecosystem. The visit allowed them to experience the innovation capabilities of a local high-tech enterprise and develop a new perspective on intelligent manufacturing.

Engineer-Led Workshop: A Hands-On 3D Printing Experience
The practical workshop was successfully held at the Fuyong Subdistrict Employee Service Center, with JAMG HE’s professional engineers providing step-by-step guidance throughout the session.
During the class, engineers introduced the fundamentals of 3D printing, basic principles of additive manufacturing, 3D modeling concepts, and real-life applications using easy-to-understand explanations.
The students also witnessed the complete 3D printing process, including equipment operation, material deposition and layer-by-layer manufacturing. Through live demonstrations, they gained a clear understanding of how digital designs are transformed into physical objects.
After the demonstration, students participated in assembling and adjusting their own 3D printed creations. By combining observation with hands-on practice, they improved their spatial thinking, creativity, and practical problem-solving skills.
The finished 3D printed creations became meaningful souvenirs, allowing each participant to take home a memorable achievement from this innovative learning experience.
