NatureWorks and JAMG HE Enter into Brand Licensing Agreement to Unlock New Global Value for Ingeo™ Biopolymer in 3D Printing

Posted by xu Eden on

In a pioneering move, NatureWorks, the global leader in PLA materials, and 3D printing innovator JAMG HE have forged their first trademark licensing agreement, unveiling a new chapter in strategic collaboration. This alliance leverages NatureWorks' cutting-edge Ingeobiopolymer technology and JAMG HE's robust market resources to not only empower JAMG HE's launch of a new product line but also catalyze the widespread global adoption of this low-carbon, eco-friendly material across the 3D printing industry, thereby injecting fresh momentum into sustainable development.

1.Underpinned by Core Technology

As NatureWorks' flagship product, Ingeobiopolymer leverages renewable plant-based raw materials and advanced manufacturing processes to establish a performance moat in 3D printing materials. Through this collaboration, the two parties have not only achieved comprehensive product enhancement via technological synergy, but JAMG HE will also prominently feature the NatureWorks logo on its product packaging. This reinforces a brand differentiation strategy centered on 'high performance + sustainability', precisely targeting global customers with a strong demand for eco-friendly materials.

2.Precise Market Breakthrough

With a decade of specialization in the 3D printing industry, JAMG HE has established a sales network spanning 28 countries and regions worldwide. The company holds a high market share, particularly in the industrial printing sectors of Europe and Southeast Asia, and serves over 100 enterprise-level core clients. This strong market presence highly complements NatureWorks' technological expertise.

NatureWorks and its PLA brand, Ingeo™, are widely used across various fields, including 3D printing, hygiene nonwovens, compostable coffee capsules, tea bags, flexible packaging, and sustainable food service products. Among these applications, the Ingeo 3D series filaments stand out in industrial-grade printing due to their low warpage, high strength, and excellent impact resistance.

Multiple industries seeking new performance and sustainability benefits can utilize Ingeo

3.Supply Chain Empowerment

It is worth noting that NatureWorks' upcoming integrated plant in Nakhon Sawan Province, Thailand (with an annual capacity of 75,000 tons), will provide stable supply support for the collaboration. This will shorten material delivery cycles to 7–10 days (compared to the industry average of 15–20 days) while reducing logistics costs by 18%. Looking ahead, the two partners will also develop customized Ingeo™ modified materials to meet demands such as high-temperature 3D printing and flexible printing, further unlocking the synergistic value of technology and market.
